Fusion is MDTech’s secure application for authorized customers and users. Fusion provides access to account information, service and workflow activity, monitoring information, alerts, locations, devices, and other MDTech services and resources.
Fusion is currently being introduced through a controlled rollout and is not available for public self-registration.
Links Sent Through Fusion SMS
Messages from MDTech Fusion may include a secure link associated with an account, location, device, monitoring alert, workflow, support ticket, or other Fusion record.
These links are intended only for the authorized recipient. Access to linked Fusion information requires a valid Fusion account and appropriate permissions for the referenced company, location, device, or record.
This public gateway does not display customer, account, location, or device information without authentication. Opening a Fusion link does not by itself authorize access or perform an account, workflow, device, or support action.
During the controlled rollout, some Fusion functions may be available only to authorized pilot users or within MDTech’s private testing environment. If Fusion access has not yet been enabled for your organization, the requested destination may not be available.
